On June 22, former Monza coach Paolo Bianco was officially appointed as the new head coach of Pisa. In recent days, Bianco reached an agreement with Monza to terminate his contract early, concluding his tenure with the club. He had just led Monza to promotion back to Serie A, achieving the feat just one year after the team's relegation to Serie B.

Pisa Sporting Club is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Paolo Bianco has been officially appointed as head coach of the first team.

After retiring as a player, Bianco began his coaching career. His playing career peaked at Sassuolo, where he was present for the Emilia club's historic first promotion to Serie A.

Following a brief spell with Sassuolo's youth team, Bianco quickly established himself in Serie C, coaching Siracusa and Sicula Leonzio.

In 2019, he returned to Sassuolo as part of De Zerbi's coaching staff, then followed De Zerbi to Shakhtar Donetsk.

In the 2022-23 season, he joined Juventus's coaching staff under Allegri. After this experience, he returned to independent coaching one year later, taking charge of Modena in Serie B.

In February 2025, he joined Frosinone and helped the team secure survival in a difficult situation. The following year, he moved to Monza and led the team to promotion and a return to Serie A.

Now he begins a new chapter with the Nerazzurri. Good luck and welcome to the foot of the Leaning Tower!
