According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray is close to signing Rafael Leao for a transfer fee of €45 million plus add-ons.

Romano reported that Galatasaray is nearing completion of the deal after securing initial agreement from Leao.

Over the past 12 hours, Aston Villa has re-established contact with Leao's representatives, but Galatasaray is prepared to push ahead with negotiations and finalize an agreement with the winger.

Galatasaray will pay AC Milan €45 million plus performance-based add-ons.
