According to MilanNews.it, Jan Koller stated in an exclusive interview that he has been a Milan fan since childhood and called Maldini the toughest of the three former Milan defenders he had faced.

Koller recalled his many encounters against Milan, named Van Basten as his childhood idol, and stated that he still supports Milan to this day and even believes the team has a chance to compete for the championship this season.
