After Adarabioyo completed his transfer to Tottenham Hotspur, fans uncovered a social media post from February 18, 2012, in which he expressed his unwavering support for the club. In the post, he discussed how Tottenham's midfielders—Modrić, Parker, and Van der Vaart—delivered frequent crosses to wingers Lennon and Bale, who scored regularly.

"I guess you won't be optimistic, but I will definitely support my team, Tottenham Hotspur!" he wrote.

According to Chelsea reporter Kinsella, the defender's move to Tottenham was completed for a fixed fee of £10 million, with an additional £2 million in add-ons.
