The official Cruyff Award nominees for the 2026 Ballon d'Or have been announced, with five coaches shortlisted for Men's Coach of the Year, four of whom are Spanish.

Last season, two Spanish coaches, Arteta and Enrique, met in the Champions League final, and both won their respective league titles. Another Spanish coach, Emery, won the Europa League, while 65-year-old Spanish veteran De la Fuente set a record as the oldest World Cup-winning coach.
