Kai Havertz is targeting "all the trophies" as Arsenal aim to build on their Premier League title-winning campaign.

The Gunners ended a 22-year wait for the top prize in English football as they stormed to the title last term.

Mikel Arteta's team also reached two finals, losing to Manchester City in the EFL Cup and Paris Saint-Germain, on penalties, in the Champions League.

Arsenal started their pre-season with a 4-1 rout of Girona on Saturday, with Havertz grabbing their opening goal, and the Germany international is set on winning more silverware in 2026-27.

"We want all the trophies," Havertz said. "That's what we're here for. We won the Premier League now, but there's a lot more that we can do.

"We have to reach another level to make that happen, because we know how long the season is and how hard it is to go through all the competitions.

"We want to do it better again this year and make things happen again.

"I think we can, or we have to, go further.

"You see other teams getting better, so we have to step up another level again. I think that's what we're all here for, that's what we train for.

"We want to start strong and achieve our goals again this season."

Arsenal continue their pre-season preparations by taking on Real Betis on Wednesday.

They face Man City in the Community Shield on August 16, before opening the new Premier League campaign when they host newly promoted Coventry City five days later.
