The account states that Arsenal is not merely waiting for developments between Vinicius and Real Madrid. According to the report, the Gunners have taken action and submitted a formal offer, with Mikel Arteta personally involved in trying to persuade the Brazilian player to join the club.

The report also claims that Arsenal believes they have put forward their strongest offer, and Real Madrid has yet to agree on a new contract with Vinicius.
