The vehicle was being driven by Palacios' father-in-law at the time, who has since been arrested by the police.

This investigation has been ongoing for several months and involves a criminal organization called "Los Pajaros de la Lengua." The organization is accused of long-term drug dealing activities in the San Joaquín area of Santiago.

Since the vehicle involved was registered in Palacios' name, the Boca Juniors player has come under police scrutiny. Currently, relevant departments are investigating whether he has any connection to the case.
