After helping Napoli to a 2-1 victory over Osasuna in a friendly, Politano told Sky Sport Italia that his goal is to score more goals this season than he did last season.

Politano first spoke about the victory: "The important thing is to accumulate playing time and do what Allegri asks of us. Of course, winning is always good."

Regarding the formation he feels most comfortable in, Politano said: "The 4-3-3 suits me best, but in football, you have to balance both offense and defense. I want to play, so I always try to fulfill the coach's requirements."

As for his personal goals, he stated: "My goal is to score more goals than last season. I scored too few goals last season."

Finally, talking about the fans, Politano said: "The passion of our fans is only seen in a few cities. It's impossible not to fall in love with Napoli."
