Flamengo coach Leonardo Jardine responded to rumors of players' "dissatisfaction" with his playing style, stating that it's impossible for everyone in a 25-man squad to be satisfied.

After Flamengo's 2-0 victory over Vitória in the Brazilian league on Sunday (9th), head coach Leonardo Jardine addressed alleged leaked reports regarding players' "dissatisfaction" with the coach's playing style. Jardine said: "Do you believe everyone in a 25-man squad can be satisfied? That's football." He then cited European clubs for comparison: "At Flamengo, Manchester United, Barcelona—not everyone is satisfied. Some people prefer one style of play, others prefer another; that's just how football is."

The Flamengo coach also spoke about the team's strong performance at the Maracanã, appearing unfazed by the playing style debate: "The team's performance today was excellent. I didn't see anyone not playing the way we wanted."

Jardine concluded: "Everyone gave their best effort. But in football, don't even think about it—it's impossible for everyone to be satisfied." Flamengo secured the win with Érick Pulgar's spectacular goal and Bruno Henrique sealing the victory.
