Bild reported that Benfica is once again trying to sign Palhinha, and the chances look greater.

After being rejected in June for refusing to meet Bayern Munich's demands, Benfica is now pushing again for Palhinha's transfer. If Palhinha leaves Munich, the Portuguese team is his preferred destination, so personal terms are not an issue.
Benfica initially proposed a loan-to-buy deal in June, but the overall offer was not high enough for Bayern Munich. The €15 million plus €5 million offer now reported by Portuguese media is closer to Bayern Munich's expectations.
Benfica's German chief scout, Patrick Diehl, was formerly a Bayern Munich analyst, and he could help with this deal.
