Renowned football journalist Ben Jacobs has revealed that Lewis Hall is set to sign a new contract with Newcastle United after agreeing to terms.

Hall is reportedly impressed with new head coach Marco Bizot, and contract renewal talks have accelerated in recent weeks. Securing Hall's contract extension is a priority for sporting director Ross Wilson.

Manchester United pursued Lewis Hall this summer but ultimately failed to secure his signature.
