According to Globo Esporte, Corinthians has reached an agreement with agent Carlos Leite to settle a legal dispute between the two parties; the club's total debt amounts to approximately 100 million reals.

In November 2023, near the end of former president Duilio Monteiro Alves's term, Corinthians reached a settlement agreement with Carlos Leite and some of his partners regarding outstanding debts.
