According to German newspaper Kicker, Flick has led Barcelona to six consecutive wins in official matches, achieving a club record 78.75% league win rate.

Barcelona won all five of their opening league matches after defeating Levante 4-2 away on Sunday. The last time Barcelona achieved this was in 2023, when the team even won their first seven matches.
Barcelona's best start to a season is eight consecutive wins, which the team achieved in 2013, tying with Atlético Madrid. Atlético eventually won the league that season. Last season, Real Madrid also started with five consecutive wins but ultimately missed out on the league title.
Of course, it's too early to draw conclusions. Before the match against Levante, Flick cautioned: "I think it's good that we are enjoying our current situation, but if we change our attitude, things will go in the wrong direction."
In the 5th minute of the match, 19-year-old left-back Xavi Espart scored, his first goal in an official match. Yamal extended the lead to 2-0 after an assist from captain Raphinha, who has been in excellent form in recent weeks. After Yamal converted a penalty to make it 3-0, Barcelona played too complacently, conceding two consecutive goals, and Levante briefly had hopes of equalizing. Barcelona secured the win when Adeyemi scored to make it 4-2.
Including their 5-1 Champions League victory over Feyenoord last week, Barcelona has won all six of their official matches. Flick stated: "We want to win the Champions League, but we also want to win the league title for the third consecutive time."
Flick also said: "We are at a very high level now, but we must prove it in every match. We know our capabilities, but we must stay focused, maintain our mentality, and intensity of play."
Therefore, Flick started almost all key players against Levante, including Yamal, Raphinha, Rodri, Pedri, and new signing Anthony Gordon. Like Gordon, Adeyemi is also a new signing. Although Adeyemi scored a brilliant goal against Feyenoord, he was on the bench for this match, and world champion Dani Olmo did not start either. With few injuries in the squad, Flick currently faces an almost enviable dilemma.
Speaking about captain Raphinha, who has scored in every official match so far, Flick said: "At his current level, he is among the best footballers in the world."
It seems genuinely difficult to imagine who can stop Barcelona at the moment. The data also clearly supports the "Flick plan." After defeating Valencia 5-0 away last week, achieving his 63rd win in 80 league matches as Barcelona coach, Flick has become the most successful coach in Barcelona's history with a 78.75% win rate. Guardiola had 61 wins in 80 league matches, while Luis Enrique, now coaching Paris Saint-Germain, had 62 wins.
A poll also shows that Flick is highly regarded by Barcelona members. The club commissions the Feedback d'Investigació Aplicada institute to conduct a survey at the beginning of each season, and this survey covered 3,000 club members. Members gave a score of 9.5 out of 10 for the club management's decision to extend Flick's contract until 2028.
No one else scored higher than Flick; even the men's team as a whole only scored 9.0. Flick humbly responded: "I am just the coach; the players are more important than the coach."
In contrast, Laporta's administration scored 7.3 points, and the delay in the Camp Nou renovation scored 6.6 points. Due to total debt of approximately 2 billion euros, the club's financial situation was also severely criticized, receiving only 5.7 points.
In terms of league financial fair play, Barcelona's situation has improved. The club currently has a disposable wage bill of 582.7 million euros, an increase of about 150 million euros since March. Barcelona's current wage bill is below the league's approximately 500 million euro limit, set based on the club and its financial situation, for the first time in many years, but it still lags behind Real Madrid's 832.7 million euros.
However, Barcelona's "financial success" is still based on debt. The club also recently had to generate 210 million euros in special income by selling television rights to be able to continue operations in the January transfer market if necessary.
