Argentina have been drawn alongside Poland in Group C of the World Cup. The Polish national team posted an update with a picture of Messi's buttonhole and the caption: "When you know you're going to face Glik and Gorarski..."

Glik, 34, is a central defender; Goralski, 29, is a central midfielder. Both defence players started in Poland's play-off win over Sweden.

Lewandowski's Poland will face Lionel Messi's Argentina in the final group stage of the Qatar World Cup.

Messi made 15 appearances for Argentina in 2022, scoring seven goals.
