According to Eintracht Frankfurt official news, Nigerian international Raphael Onyedika has joined Eintracht Frankfurt from Belgian First Division A team Club Brugge, with both parties signing a contract until 2031. The club announced the transfer on Sunday noon local time.

The defensive midfielder is expected to bring physicality and tactical discipline, which Eintracht Frankfurt often lacked last season. Sporting director Krösche said, "He impressed us not only with his physical play and tactical understanding, but more importantly, he is very consistent."
