According to Bild, Germany coach Klopp will attend Augsburg's match against newly promoted Schalke 04 on Sunday.

Klopp's visit aims to assess player form and aid squad selection for September's Nations League matches against Serbia, Greece, and the Netherlands. In addition to watching Bayern's match in Munich on Friday, he will also be in Augsburg on Sunday.

Augsburg coach Baum welcomed the new Germany coach's arrival: "It's great that the Germany coach can come. I think he'll have the opportunity to see if up to seven of our starting players meet his requirements. He can take back a long list of German players."
