In today's early morning Bundesliga match, Bayern Munich defeated Stuttgart 5-1 at home in the first round. After the match, Kane posted a photo on social media receiving the German Footballer of the Year trophy.

Before the start of this match, Kane received the 2025-26 German Footballer of the Year trophy, an award presented by Kicker magazine.

Kane wrote: "I am honored to be the first English player to win the German Footballer of the Year award. It feels very special to receive this award at the Allianz Arena in front of our incredible fans.
