According to Spanish media outlet AS, Asensio has been acquitted after prosecutors withdrew charges against him.

AS reported that the two alleged victims in the sex tape case have officially informed the judge that they forgive the four Real Madrid players who were charged.

Additionally, prosecutors have withdrawn charges against Asensio for disclosing private information.

According to an earlier report by Sport, Asensio was expected to apologize to the victims at the start of the trial and prosecutors indicated they might withdraw charges following his apology and compensation to the victims.
