Turkey defeated the United States 3-2 in their final FIFA World Cup group stage match, but the victory was not enough to prevent early elimination from the tournament. Following the match, Juventus posted a message on social media to console their forward Kenan Yıldız.

After consecutive defeats to Australia and Paraguay in which they failed to score, Turkey bounced back to defeat host nation the United States 3-2 in their final group stage match. With this result, Yıldız's 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign came to an end.

Following the match, Juventus consoled their No. 10 via social media with an encouraging message ahead of the new season: "Your FIFA World Cup journey has ended, Kenan. Now it's time to head home and look ahead. Keep your head up, as you always do."
