This week, Tsolis, who is participating in pre-season training, accepted an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, discussing his growth and expectations for the new season.

Five years ago, you struggled at Norwich. Now that you've returned to the Premier League, how are you different from back then?
"It's completely different now than it was then. For a team promoted to the Premier League from the Championship, it's always difficult to play high-level football. I don't think Norwich was really ready for the Premier League at the time, which made it difficult for me to adapt and perform at my best."
"You might encounter some setbacks and difficulties. I learned a lot during my time at Norwich. I have played an important role in the team for three consecutive years, playing a key role in attack. Now I feel I am better prepared for the Premier League."
"Now I have the opportunity to play for Arsenal. For me, the decision to leave Norwich was the right one. I have continuously improved and made great progress. I am no longer the same person I was at Norwich, 100% different. My body and mind both feel this. Now is the time for me to prove that I am ready and can establish myself in the Premier League."
You chose the No. 17 shirt, which once belonged to your idol, Sanchez.
"Actually, I knew that Sanchez used to wear the No. 17 shirt. I watched a lot of games; he was a top player for Arsenal at the time, consistently playing as a left winger. He was one of the players I greatly admired when I was young."
"I also feel that I have some similarities with him, but that's not why I chose No. 17. However, it's still a good thing that Sanchez wore the No. 17 shirt – so I hope I can achieve the same success as him."
Ben White said you beat everyone in the tests.
"Currently, my test results are first. Of course, not all players have completed the tests, and some have not participated yet. At this stage, I am ranked first in the physical fitness test. The test items are approximately: 20-meter shuttle sprint, then 40-meter shuttle, then 60-meter shuttle, completing five rounds continuously."
"The total distance is about 1200 meters, requiring acceleration throughout. To be honest, this test is quite intense. I actually had a slight advantage as I had already started pre-season training with Club Brugge and had been training for two weeks."
"Moreover, I have been maintaining my physical condition throughout the summer, so I was prepared in advance. I arrived at the team in complete physical condition, and I am very happy to be able to show my level here."
