The 18-year-old Brazilian forward will join Genoa. He is the son of former Real Madrid, Manchester City and AC Milan player Robinho.

The deal is a loan with an option to buy, and the player has already arrived in Italy.

According to previous reports, Santos were keen to sell Robinho Junior due to financial difficulties and head coach Cuca not favoring him. The club had valued him at €8 million (based on 75% ownership rights); with a loan deal including an obligation to buy, the price would be slightly higher.
