According to Sky Sports, Al-Ittihad is negotiating with Sunderland over the transfer of winger Talbi.

Al-Ittihad is in negotiations with Sunderland regarding the transfer of winger Talbi. With the Saudi Pro League transfer window still open, the Moroccan international is able to move to the Saudi League.

Due to ongoing transfer discussions with Al-Ittihad, Talbi was excluded from Sunderland's European squad. The 21-year-old winger joined Sunderland last summer from Club Brugge for £18 million.
