Manchester United reached a historic milestone in the Champions League group stage, playing their 300th match in the competition as they hosted SABAH at Old Trafford.

The Azerbaijani side provided the opposition for Manchester United's landmark 300th Champions League appearance at their home ground.

Across their previous 299 Champions League matches, Manchester United have won the trophy three times (1968, 1999, 2008), scored 545 goals, and recorded 161 victories.

Manchester United became the sixth team in Champions League history to reach this milestone, and the first English club to do so.
