According to Brazilian media outlet Ge, Neymar posted on social media on Friday to celebrate Santos' new signings and express his happiness about the arrivals.

Neymar facilitated the arrival of two of the five new signings in this winter transfer window: defensive midfielder Arthur and midfielder Philippe Coutinho, the latter of whom has not yet signed. Neymar personally called both players and offered the resources of NR Sports, a company managed by his father, to assist in negotiations.
Coutinho has agreed to lower his salary demands and aims to complete his signing by early December. He is currently undergoing a medical examination at the Rei Pelé Training Center before signing. Arthur has already joined the team and made his debut wearing the number 6 jersey, with a contract through December this year.
Neymar said: "Man, I'm thinking... I don't know if it will happen, but I'm really happy, and I believe Santos fans are too. Let's go, Peixão!"
Along with right-back Rodinei, midfielder Lima, and forward Everton Cebolinha, all five new signings could potentially participate in the Copa Sudamericana semi-finals, provided Santos defeat Atlético Mineiro next Wednesday in Belo Horizonte. Santos won the first leg 2-0. In the current quarter-final stage, only Rodinei, Lima, and Arthur are eligible to play.
Santos is currently focused on the Brazilian Série A, hoping to avoid another close call with relegation. However, reaching the Copa Sudamericana final this season has also become a new objective for the team.
Neymar has been recovering from a right thigh injury for over a week. In the best-case scenario, he will be sidelined for another 3 weeks; the most pessimistic estimate suggests he could be out for 8 weeks, meaning a potential return in early November.
