He always wants to do a little more. For a young player who was only 17 at the time, this is very important. He also has a maturity that goes beyond what people generally expect from someone his age."

Regarding Adzic's performance at Sassuolo, Mladen Milinkovic said: "I have always believed in him. He has already scored 3 goals and provided 1 assist in 5 games, so I hope he can score 10 goals this season, surpassing his record of 7 goals under my coaching."

On Adzic's decision to join Sassuolo, Mladen Milinkovic said: "I think it's the best option for him. What matters most now is playing time, and Sassuolo is the best club for him to get that. I also think it's a good decision for Juventus, as it allows Adzic to continue developing."

Regarding Adzic's goal against Juventus and any potential regret from Juventus, Mladen Milinkovic said: "I think his coach Thiago Motta knows better than anyone whether he deserves to play for Juventus. If Adzic continues to train and perform like this, I believe he will become an important player for Juventus in the future."
