Former South Korean international Lee Eul-yong appeared as a guest on former South Korean international Lee Chun-soo's podcast, where he discussed the advice he gave his son, Lee Tae-seok, regarding his participation in the FIFA World Cup.

Former South Korean international Lee Eul-yong said: "I was more nervous than when I was a player. When I gave him advice, he became nervous again. I just told Tae-seok to enjoy the game. Whether he plays or not, it will be a valuable experience for him as a footballer. This is his first FIFA World Cup. I told him that if he gets a chance to play, he should simply enjoy the game."
