According to the Czech national team's social media, 52-year-old Spanish coach Santi Denia has become the new head coach of the Czech national football team, signing a two-year contract.

The Czech national team stated that Santi Denia has reached a two-year agreement with the Football Association of the Czech Republic.

He will lead the Czech national team for the first time in September's UEFA Nations League matches against Croatia and England.

Spanish assistant coach Pablo Amo will also be part of the management team.
