Getafe officially announced that the club has reached an agreement with AFC Bournemouth, and Turkish forward E.Ünal has officially returned to the team. E.Ünal has signed a three-year contract with Getafe, valid until June 2029.

E.Ünal previously played for Getafe. In the summer of 2020, he joined Getafe from Villarreal and played until January 2024. During this period, he played in 109 official matches for Getafe, scoring 36 goals, becoming one of the club's most representative attacking players in recent years.

In January 2024, E.Ünal joined AFC Bournemouth, initially on loan, and then permanently transferred to the Premier League club. After his stint in England, the Turkish forward has now returned to Getafe to begin his second spell with the Azulones.

Getafe officially wrote: "After 109 matches, 36 goals, and countless memories, E.Ünal is home. Welcome back, Enes."
