Mohamed Salah's agent Ramy Abbas has responded to previous statements from Besiktas President Serdar Adali regarding the failed transfer negotiations between the two parties.

Earlier, after leaving Liverpool, Mohamed Salah came close to joining Besiktas on a free transfer, but ultimately chose to move to Trabzonspor instead.
It is understood that Mohamed Salah agreed to earn €17 million per year plus bonuses. Besiktas President Serdar Adali pointed the finger at Ramy Abbas, blaming him for Salah's failure to join the club and claiming he was responsible for the breakdown.
Adali previously stated: "Mohamed Salah agreed to join Besiktas, and his agent initially responded positively to our offer. After we connected him with our manager and sports director, he confirmed his agreement to the deal."
He continued: "However, after the media reported confirmation of our agreement, Mohamed Salah's agent increased his financial demands and unexpectedly raised his commission to an astonishing 35%."
Abbas did not forget these comments, and after about a month, he decided to respond in his own way.
Abbas posted a photo on his social media showing him and Mohamed Salah dining together at a Turkish restaurant, to which the Egyptian star responded with "Who ate twice?"
The player's agent did not miss the opportunity to hit back, replying: "I ate my share and yours—35% of it."
It should be noted that Mohamed Salah came off the bench for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig match last Saturday, with the team drawing 1-1 against Kasimpasa.
Mohamed Salah will play his first European match for Trabzonspor on Saturday morning (CEST) against Hungarian side Ferencváros in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League playoff.
