On August 20, Bayern Munich officially announced that they had extended the contract with young talent Chiara.

The club has extended its contract with German youth international Casianoh-Chiara. The 17-year-old defender joined the Bayern Munich youth academy from Hertha Berlin in the summer of 2024. Last December, he made his first-team debut under Kompany, with the team securing a 4-0 victory over Heidenheim.

Freund stated: "We have high hopes for Chiara and want to gradually integrate him into the first team. He is the second youngest player to appear in Bayern Munich's history, has already captained the German U17 national team, and possesses all the qualities to succeed at Bayern Munich. He suffered some injuries last season – now we look forward to his further development."
