According to Sport, Celta de Vigo defender Javi Rodríguez has entered Paris Saint-Germain's radar.

Manager Claudio Giráldez hopes not to lose a key player from his squad in the final five days before the transfer window closes.

Previously, Giráldez blocked Javi Rueda's move to Nottingham Forest at the last minute, a deal in which Real Madrid would have received half of the transfer fee. However, if a team makes an offer that is "beneficial for all parties" for an important player in the coming days and helps Celta de Vigo balance their books, Giráldez may find it difficult to prevent the player from leaving.
