Valencia Club has officially announced the signing of a promising young player. The club announced on Thursday that it has reached an agreement with 17-year-old midfielder Alen Krmenjakovic, who will join AcademiaVCF and compete in the Honor Division.

The Swiss midfielder Alen Krmenjakovic joins from FC Zurich, as previously reported by Salva Gomis. Krmenjakovic has been called up to the Switzerland U16 team and developed in the Zurich youth academy. He has signed a contract with Valencia through June 30, 2029.

Two Positions

According to Esportbase, the player can operate as a defensive midfielder or an attacking midfielder. He will integrate into the daily training and match system of the Youth A team in the 2026/27 season, strengthening one of the positions the club has identified as a priority following its squad reorganization.
