Ahead of the Manchester Derby, Manchester City defender Ruben Dias discussed the team's start to the new season, adapting to new tactical concepts, squad changes this summer, and the standards the team needs to maintain before the Manchester Derby in an interview shared on JioStar.

Speaking about the team's positive start to the season, Ruben Dias said: "The beginning has been very positive. Many things have changed, but ultimately, the changes haven't been that significant. Speaking about the relatively significant squad changes this summer, Ruben Dias said: "There will always be new faces joining and others leaving. More players left during this transfer window than usual, but that's just the cycle. Everyone who comes here joins for the same reason we all did initially: to win and to reach the highest level.

What's truly important is how quickly everyone can integrate into the team and understand what's required of them. Regardless of who is here, the team's standards will not change. We have a very strong team, and the new players have adapted well. Our goal remains unchanged, and everyone is working towards the same objective."

Speaking about being one of the few remaining members of the previous leadership group, Ruben Dias said: "Time flies so fast, so you have to enjoy this period before it ends, because the time I've spent at Manchester City is the best thing in the world. Especially because of these experiences. I've been through a lot with the people who were here before, and I've won a lot, so I know very well what it takes to win and what kind of stability you need to maintain every day."

Speaking about the upcoming Manchester Derby, Ruben Dias said: "It will be a difficult game. This is the Premier League, and you know what that means.
