According to news released today by renowned football journalist Ben Jacobs on social media, Newcastle United rejected a new official offer from Arsenal for Bruno Guimaraes.

Ben Jacobs stated that direct negotiations between the two clubs are still ongoing. Although a transfer agreement is still some way off, both sides are still in an advanced stage of negotiations, and the additional terms of the transfer agreement are still under discussion.
