Lewis-Skelly once again left Arsenal fans speculating about his future after scoring in Wednesday's pre-season friendly against Como.

Arsenal won 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw at the Emirates, with Lewis-Skelly breaking the deadlock in the 33rd minute. After scoring, the 19-year-old Lewis-Skelly ran towards a corner of the stands, then turned to face all directions with his hands clasped together, as if apologizing. He then formed a heart shape with his hands and was congratulated by his teammates.
After multiple hugs, he also repeatedly patted the Arsenal badge on his chest.
These actions left some Arsenal fans puzzled. Lewis-Skelly has been linked with transfer rumors to Chelsea and Manchester United this summer.

One fan account wrote on social media: "Clearly just a reaction to those terrible recent rumors."
Another Arsenal fan wrote: "He doesn't need to apologize for anything. Typical Hale End academy product."
Another fan commented: "He has nothing to apologize for..."
The Daily Mail Sport revealed on Tuesday that Lewis-Skelly had been offered to Chelsea and Manchester United after Arsenal signed Guimaraes.
The 19-year-old signed a new contract after a breakthrough year, but with limited playing time during Arsenal's Premier League title-winning season, it is believed the club may be willing to let go of the academy product.
Chelsea and Manchester United, along with several other Premier League clubs, have re-established contact and are assessing whether to make a move for the versatile player.
With Guimaraes joining from Newcastle last week for £75 million, Lewis-Skelly's playing time at Arsenal next season could be further reduced.
It is believed that Chelsea have long been interested in Lewis-Skelly, but it is unclear whether they will make a formal offer.
