Transfer expert Romano has revealed new developments in the summer transfer of Chelsea winger Pedro Neto to Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia.

Romano stated on his channel: "Pedro Neto is favored by Manchester City, but Manchester City currently believes Chelsea's asking price for the player is too high. Therefore, his transfer to the Etihad Stadium is currently complicated."
He added: "Manchester City has spoken with Pedro Neto's agent, but there has been no progress on the deal because Chelsea's asking price is simply too high."
He continued: "Regarding Pedro Neto's future, I will be looking at two options. The most likely one is his transfer to Al-Hilal, as the Saudi club is about to bid farewell to Malcom."
He went on to say: "Malcom has already scored in Al-Hilal's first round, but he is expected to move to another Saudi club, Al-Ahli Jeddah, within the next few hours. Therefore, Pedro Neto is definitely one of Al-Hilal's targets."
He added: "There is another possibility for Malcom's future, and that is Tottenham Hotspur. However, when it comes to Spurs, I have always emphasized that their primary goal is to sign Savinho and Jakpo, plus a true center forward."
He concluded: "This is Tottenham Hotspur's plan, so if there are any changes with Savinho or Gakpo, Pedro Neto would be an alternative. Pedro Neto could be a fallback option, but he is not the absolute priority."
