Vinicius Jr scored what proved to be the decisive goal against RB Leipzig but the Brazilian was extremely lucky to still be on the pitch when he did so.

Vinicius was involved in an altercation with Leipzig's Willi Orban shortly after half-time as he took exception to his reaction to a heavy challenge.

The winger proceeded to square up to Orban before shoving him in the throat with both hands.
