Beijing time (CEST) June 10 – Official news: Ukrainian international Karavaev, 34, returns to Shakhtar Donetsk as a free agent.

Karavaev came through Shakhtar Donetsk's youth academy and was loaned out multiple times by the club. In the summer transfer window of 2017, he left Shakhtar Donetsk permanently without ever playing for the club's first team.

Throughout his career, Karavaev has played for Fenerbahçe, Zorya Luhansk, Dynamo Kyiv, Sevastopol and other clubs, earning 50 caps for the Ukrainian national team.
