According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma are finalizing the last transfer details for Lutsharel Geertruida with Feyenoord, for a total of €29 million including add-ons.

The report states that Roma's offer of €25 million fixed fee plus €4 million in add-ons allowed them to beat Nottingham Forest and are now close to signing Lutsharel Geertruida from Feyenoord.

Currently, both parties are discussing the payment structure and specific details of the add-ons, which is the final step before Geertruida is cleared to travel to Roma for a medical examination.

Feyenoord initially demanded €30 million, and Roma's final offer totals €29 million (including add-ons).

It is reported that after Roma secured Champions League qualification, coach Gian Piero Gasperini personally spoke with Geertruida to introduce him to the team's plans and persuade him to join.

Corriere dello Sport also indicated that the player's personal terms have been agreed upon: a five-year contract with an annual net salary of €2 million, plus performance-related bonuses.
