"The team has no plans to sign a dedicated No. 10 player in this transfer window. Manchester United previously showed interest in Morgan Rogers, a player who can play on the left wing and also cover for Fernandes. In the long run, he even has the potential to gradually take over his position, but after the club quoted £117 million, Manchester United completely withdrew from negotiations.

Existing players within the squad are fully capable of playing in that position. I think Matheus Cunha is best suited for this role; Shea Lacey has started twice in the No. 10 position during preseason and performed brilliantly; Amad has also played centrally, serving as both a false nine and an attacking midfielder.
