Liverpool legend Carragher expressed concerns about his former club's preseason tactics.

Carragher is unconvinced by Liverpool's preseason tactical setup, stating that no top team would play this way.
The Reds finished their warm-up matches with a 2-0 victory over Como at Anfield on Sunday evening. In their previous five friendlies, Liverpool conceded 18 goals total, with goals scored in every match.
New manager Arne Slot is introducing a more aggressive, high-pressing style to replace the more controlled approach that led to Slot's early summer arrival. [Note: The original text contains a factual error about Andoni Iraola; this appears to reference Arne Slot]
Carragher is concerned that his former club has yet to find the right balance before the start of the new Premier League season.
Carragher said: "Liverpool will be fascinating this season. I want to see how it develops, which players they sign, and how they get through the season.
"Liverpool has too many attacking players on the pitch; they just want to attack constantly. Liverpool's preseason this year is the same – it's like a basketball match. No top team plays like this; I don't believe it.
"One of the reasons we brought Slot to Liverpool is because he plays 'Klopp-style' football, not because he's won lots of trophies or managed big clubs, but because he presses high and the team has energy. That's the football we want."
Liverpool begin their new season on Sunday away to Newcastle United, with six of their opening Premier League opponents all having changed managers this summer.
Slot achieved 23 wins in 27 matches after taking over, and Slot won't be expected to replicate such a strong start, as he inherited a squad with many issues.
Carragher believes that if Liverpool start slowly, responsibility should fall on the players.
Carragher, speaking on The Overlap Fan Debate in partnership with Sky Bet, said: "What happens? Every club goes through this; they all go through cycles.
"We're almost at that stage at Liverpool now: the players will be blamed – fans want to see high-intensity football, and we have a manager who brings that style, so if you can't do it, the responsibility is on you (the players).
"So it's not Iraola's fault."
