According to the latest report from The Mirror, Manchester City are confident of signing Moroccan midfielder Bouadi for £85 million by the end of the week.

Reportedly, with Rodri's impending move to Barcelona, Manchester City's hierarchy has engaged in in-depth negotiations with Lille regarding the transfer. The teenage prodigy has informed his club that he wishes to leave and join the Premier League giants.
Bouadi will sign a five-year contract with Manchester City, keeping him at the Etihad Stadium until at least 2031. After the World Cup, the 18-year-old Bouadi has become one of the most talented and exciting teenage players in world football.
After Rodri expressed his desire to return to Spain, Manchester City's hierarchy closely monitored Bouadi's performance at this summer's World Cup. Bouadi performed exceptionally well at the World Cup, starting five of Morocco's six matches as they reached the quarter-finals.
Club officials believe that Bouadi's ability to remain calm and compete with more senior and experienced players makes him an ideal candidate for Manchester City. Maresca views Bouadi as the ideal long-term replacement for Bernardo Silva.
