According to Brazil's Globo Esporte, Savinho's transfer saga is nearing its end, and the outcome could be a win-win situation.

Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly close to signing the young Brazilian for approximately €100 million (R$605 million), which would make it Manchester City's biggest sale in history. The deal also involves Egyptian forward Marmoush and is expected to be finalized this week.
If the final details between the two clubs are resolved, Savinho's transfer fee will surpass the €75 million for Julián Álvarez's move to Atlético Madrid, which remains Manchester City's largest outgoing transfer to date. Raheem Sterling's €56.2 million transfer to Chelsea and Ferran Torres's €55 million move to Barcelona follow, with Gabriel Jesus's €52.2 million transfer to Arsenal ranking thereafter.
The 22-year-old Savinho has been on the London club's radar since the beginning of last season, and Tottenham Hotspur's pursuit intensified after Italian coach Roberto De Zerbi consistently pushed for the move. Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have agreed on a deal framework, which includes a fixed transfer fee of €93.3 million, plus €5.7 million in performance-related bonuses.
In last Sunday's FA Community Shield final, Manchester City lost 0-3 to Arsenal, and Savinho did not even make it to the bench. He had previously expressed his desire to leave Manchester City for more playing time and is expected to be granted permission to travel to London for a medical examination soon.
During the negotiations, Tottenham Hotspur also showed interest in Marmoush, who is also close to an internal Premier League transfer. The total value of both deals, including fixed terms and bonuses, is expected to reach approximately €151 million.
A year ago, Pep Guardiola prevented the forward from leaving, with Manchester City rejecting a £60 million offer and extending his contract until mid-2031. Now, Tottenham Hotspur's offer is higher, and Savinho is determined to find a new club.
He made 84 appearances for Manchester City over two seasons, scoring 7 goals and providing 13 assists, winning 3 trophies. However, insufficient playing time, especially only 14 starts in 36 games last season, influenced his decision to seek a move.
Savinho was a key player for Brazil in the previous Copa América but gradually lost his place due to limited playing time, also missing out on the rhythm for the World Cup. With a new cycle about to begin, he hopes to get more game opportunities in the Premier League.
