According to Italian journalist Schira, Genoa is attempting to sign Santos' young winger Robinho Jr.

The 18-year-old Robinho Jr. is the son of former Real Madrid and AC Milan player Robinho. To date, he has made 27 appearances for Santos' first team, including 2 starts, and provided 1 assist.

Previously, media reported that Santos was willing to sell Robinho Jr. for €10 million. According to Schira, Genoa has already begun negotiations with Santos to bring the young Brazilian to Serie A.
