Man City's French playmaker saw off the challenges of Josko Gvardiol and Marc Guéhi to win the first Club award of the season.

Cherki has enjoyed a stellar start to the 2026/27 campaign.

He kicked off by coming on in the second half of the opening weekend clash with Bournemouth with City 0-1 down at the time.

Two assists later, Cherki had helped turn that deficit into a crucial opening day 2-1 win over the Cherries.

Cherki was then at his sparkling best as he starred in the Blues' 4-1 win away to Crystal Palace, scoring two exquisite goals to keep our 100% start to the season going.
