The referee for Juventus' first home match of the Europa League group stage against NEC Nijmegen has been confirmed.

Juventus will face NEC Nijmegen at the Allianz Stadium on September 18th at 3:00 AM Beijing time (CEST), with Ukrainian referee Oleksiy Derevinsky in charge. The 1989-born referee has never officiated a Juventus or NEC Nijmegen match. He has officiated one previous Europa League match—Nice vs. Go Ahead Eagles in January this year—along with 7 Europa Conference League matches and 2 Champions League qualifying matches, but has yet to officiate a Champions League group stage match.

Juventus will look to bounce back after losing to Sassuolo in the closing moments of their last Serie A match. Manager Spalletti is considering squad rotation for the Europa League fixture.
