Arjen Robben and James Rodriguez are expected to return to the Bayern Munich starting line-up in their team's DFB Cup second-round clash away to fourth-division side SV Rödinghausen on Tuesday (kick-off: 8:45pm CET/7:45pm GMT/3:45pm ET).

Robben was suspended for Saturday's 2-1 Bundesliga triumph at Mainz, so will be itching to return to action here at the start of a busy spell of four games in the space of 12 days for the 18-time DFB Cup winners. SV Rödinghausen are probably an unfamiliar name to many and they are an unknown quantity in the DFB Cup too, with this their very first participation in the competition. The club from Germany's fourth division beat Dynamo Dresden in the first round and they will be encouraged by how close fellow fourth-tier outfit SV Drochtersen/Assel pushed Bayern in the first round, succumbing only to a late Robert Lewandowski goal in a 1-0 defeat. History also provides a precedent for Rödinghausen to draw confidence from, with Bayern's last second round DFB Cup defeat coming in 2000, also to fourth-division opponents Magdeburg.
