According to news released earlier today on social media by Sky Germany reporter Plettenberg, El-Hannous was a player to watch before the transfer deadline, and Stuttgart preferred to keep him.
Plettenberg stated that El-Hannous is open to a transfer. Stuttgart is aware of this but prefers to keep him.
If Stuttgart decides to sell him, they will demand up to €60 million plus bonuses. Two Premier League clubs have already made initial inquiries, but there has been no concrete progress at this stage.
