After officially completing his move to Como, Chelsea center-back Trevoh Chalobah posted two farewell messages on social media, with the second offering encouragement to Chelsea academy players.

Chalobah wrote: "An 8-year-old boy walked through the gates of Chelsea, and a man walked out. My dream has come true, mission accomplished."
